Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of zylai.io and any engagement with Zylai for custom automation engineering services. By submitting a consultation request or entering into a project agreement with Zylai, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Zylai builds custom AI automation pipelines for businesses. Current service areas include document processing automation, lead qualification automation, customer support automation, and internal knowledge assistants. All projects are scoped and agreed upon in a separate written engagement agreement before work begins.

3. Project Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in a written project agreement, the client owns all custom automation pipelines and code delivered upon full payment. Zylai retains no licensing rights over bespoke deliverables after final delivery.

We may retain rights to generic, reusable architectural components, libraries, or internal frameworks that existed before your project began and that are not unique to your business.

4. No Warranty on AI Accuracy

AI and machine learning systems are probabilistic by nature. While Zylai designs systems to maximise accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy on any document extraction, classification, lead scoring, or content generation output. We strongly recommend that any automated output that carries legal, financial, or medical consequence be reviewed by a qualified human before acting on it.

Zylai is not liable for decisions made by your business based on automated system output.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zylai's total liability for any claim arising from our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the total fees paid to Zylai by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

Zylai is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your systems, data structures, and technical environment during the diagnostic and build phases. Inaccurate or withheld technical information that causes a build to fail or require significant rework may result in additional fees, which will be agreed in writing before any additional work proceeds.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process and share any data you provide to Zylai during a project engagement.

7. Acceptable Use of This Website

You may not use zylai.io to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent consultation requests. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the website's operation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a project engagement with Zylai shall be resolved in the courts of India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our business evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of zylai.io after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
