This Privacy Policy explains what information Zylai collects through zylai.io, how we use it, and how we protect it. Zylai is an automation engineering studio. We do not sell software subscriptions or run e-commerce. We provide custom-built AI automation services to businesses.

We collect information only when you voluntarily submit our contact form. That form collects:

  • Your company website URL (optional)
  • The service you are interested in
  • A description of the business problem you want to solve

We do not create user accounts. We do not track logins. We do not collect payment information through this website.

We use the information you submit solely to:

  • Review whether your requirements are a fit for our services
  • Contact you to schedule a consultation
  • Respond to direct inquiries sent to hello@zylai.io

We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or third-party marketing of any kind.

Third-Party Services

Our contact form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io). When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and then forwarded to our inbox at hello@zylai.io. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit. We do not store form submissions on any third-party database beyond email delivery.

We may add website analytics (such as Google Analytics or Plausible) in the future. If we do, this policy will be updated before that change goes live.

Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies. If analytics are added in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide cookie consent options.

Data Storage and Retention

Consultation request submissions are received via email at hello@zylai.io and stored only in that email inbox. We retain this information for as long as it is operationally relevant. If you would like your submission deleted, email hello@zylai.io and we will remove it promptly.

Your Rights
